What Big Gift do you get for?

What big gift do you get for a child who has everything?

She has a nintendo ds

She has a nintendo gamecube

She has a mp3 player

She has a doll house with furniture

A nintendo dsi is too much money for me right now?

I still haven't gotten the big gift yet.....I have a bunch of small ones
and a medium size gift.

What big gift do you get for a child who has everything?

I am stumped.

The only time I buy a "big gift" like you mentioned is if it is a "group" gift to all of my boys. Otherwise, we have a limit and live on a budget. At their ages, they want clothes or things they need. Anything extra is like cologne or socks and underwear.

our kids usually get one big gift each last year they got nintendo ds's

I think the year before that I got the kid a doll house

And for her birthday I got her a gamecube with games.....

I just can't afford what I want to get her right now.....

I dunno what big gift the kids are getting this year.....

my kids have absolutley enjoyed the following:

a pass to the local zoo/science center

a bunch of movies, popcorn and a blanket

a guinea pig (cage and accesories were under the tree with a note from santa saying mom and dad were to buy the animal)

We have cats and they would eat the guinea pig so I can't get one of those.....

it doesn't have to be an expensive gift, just something fun and out of the ordinary. Last year we shocked the kids with a Wii. Never did they ask for something like that so it was a major surprise. Think of the things you and her like to do for fun and get stuff to go with that activitiy.

I'd get her a book or a set of books or a gift card to a bookstore. If she doesn't like it you can give it to me since I love books!

My nephews and nieces want money which is fine with me because they take the money they receive from everyone and then go buy something big that they really want. Works great for me . . . I hate to shop.

i suppose it depends on age, my daughter is 11 so i asked her and she wants money to go clothes shopping.
i will buy her a few small things so she has something to open.
any other cash she gets is used to but accesories for the wii or ds.

l loved the toys l hd but the pressies l remember weren't the most expensive but ones really suited to me so l always had books and science stuff my best gift was a microscope too cool so think of gifts apart from computer fun stuff else does she like to do..sports, books, whats her fav subject at school...??

yeah - we've wanted to get that sound into our band for a long long time - then it was her bday coming up & i saw this flyer posted out in front of our co-op for an upright piano for $250! & its gorgeaous! its been with this family for over 30 years - its very well-loved - i'm so psyched!

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
