This also makes me insightful into how others cope with this kind of vulnerability. Always in command always presenting strong only to hide great vulnerability. The great strength because you HAVE TO BE.
We all need to be effective in life.
So perhaps the being strong is part of that package:).
Rewritten and now I’m realizing that it may be the jet lag and the SS evaluation that have me tanking.
I started to feel really low and that made me extra depressed. I felt like i couldn’t take care of myself. I don't know if my reaction is partly a 'male' thing. I realize I don’t have to do it perfectly always. And that has helped me feel a little more grounded and more positive. A little more capable. We can’t always do it well Or at least I can’t. I have to say, I've been fairly stable for the past 9 years, except for anxiety issues. For any who don't know me, before 2017, I was a Mess. Seriously undermedicated crazy person. And, since I've been stable for so long, I had come to believe I was "cured". That bipolar just miraculously ended for me....Until last month, when some things started happening that used to happen. And now I'm...

If I had taken such a wonderful trip and got ordained or such, met great new people and enjoyed it all....
Then came home - even if I was ready to - then I would also experience a Letdown, kinda depressed, just because all the excitement was over!
This will probably pass soon. Hugs!
When I was grappling with these feelings I noticed there are SO many reminders of my falling short. Yet it also made me remember and reconcile that I am very detail oriented.
Detail oriented for sure when it comes to connections or critiques (unfortunately.). This is crucial and good information to know. I can get stuck about which direction to go in if I think too much about judging myself in an across the board for what things mean in humanity.. That realization helps.
