Very OT- What does your DP name mean?

Some of the names I've seen are quite different and I keep wondering what they mean so I decided to just ask. For me 301.13 is my diagnosis and I consider it a part of me so... iam30113. Owned. Lol

For me, a SplitScreen is one life being split in to two. On the one side there's me and on the other side there's an alter ego that is symptomatic.

So it's like watching a movie where the scene is split in to two - one side is me on the telephone (for example) like in the older movies, and the other side is also me talking as my alter "self"...trying to understand who's who so to speak.

Also got the idea because on of my favorite songs is Split Screen Sadness...because it is sad to me that I kind of have to live two lives always searching for where I start and the bp ends....the song is about a romantic relationship but for me, it applies to the two sides of me.

There are some great meanings behind these screen names! Mine is Nester4U just bc Nester is a nickname from my oldest and dearest friends and I thought if People addressed me as Nester it would feel like a good friend speaking to me. Just Nester was already taken so I added the 4U. My friends have a habit of saying "That's just Nester for you!" How I got the nickname I'll never tell!lol!

It was near Halloween when I joined and there is a kid's song called "PumpkinPumpkin" and I was looking forward to making pumpkin pie with tiny pecan chips in the crust for Thanksgiving. Yum!

Thearediva has always been my name that I use anywhere. I was once known as the diva of the theatre. I ruled the stage when I used to perform. Acting and singing for me are the two things I can say that I am good at. Its what I was born to do. Now I only sing in weddings. After moving back to Missouri there is not a lot of shows to do here and with my weight I wouldnt want to anyway. But one of the best things about being an actor? Was that my BP made me even more awesome. I could become any character I wanted to and the audience loved it. I miss it so much.
