It's coming and I can't stop it. I'm about to cycle down again after a very short upswing. To boot...I forgot my meds this morning. :(

are you at work? is there anyway you could come home for lunch and take them? i know this feeling far too well and it doesn't help when meds are forgotten. take care

If we didn't cycle we wouldn't have a diagnosis. It's a learning process to learn to track cycles and handle them in the best possible way and find the best meds/therapy and other treatment. I understand frustration and despair but try to put your energy into the positive. Remember that like all of us, you're a work in progress.

Thanks tommy, that actually helps. I don't feel terrible today. But I know what's happening to me and it's quite disheartening.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
