so i did it i went to my psych and told her everything that i had told my sister . about the finger spelling and out of control twitching. she double my ativan dose (which does not seem to be working for some reason) and she took me right off the SAPHIR and gave me another round of seroquel, 400 mg at bedtime. so far so good. twitching is gone, ive also stopped waking up choking from the seroquel. One of the side effects of cogentin is dry mouth so it helps me when im asleep. now im just not sure what to do about the anxiety, 2 ativan doesn't touch it. i might ask her if i can try klonopin again at a higher dosage. but for now im giving what i have a few weeks before i go for another med change. finally i am not twitching, i was getting really scared. but cogentin is something they give parkinson's patients so me being on it doesn't mean the twitching was cause from a mental state it could still be something else. she did tell me to get to a neurologist as soon as i could. im taking a break from doctors right now until i need a med refill lol. oh and i am sleeping like 12 hours on seroquel so need to do something about that since i have t gt up with my daughter. if i drink coffee it brings on anxiety. suggestions??

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

Ultimately I think the only thing to do if caffeine makes you anxious is to stop using it altogether unfortunately...
The twitching was probably a side effect of meds and Cogentin was often used with some of the older AP's and probably still is
I hope find the right combo that works well... I would be careful of high benzo doses... They're very addictive and can do an about face on you over time... I would stick to the lowest dosage possible to control the symptoms
Do you use anything other then meds?? like therapy, journaling, exercise etc??... These thinks in conjunction with meds can really help
