I have just made a call to my Dr. about possibly tweaking my meds.
I have felt a low self esteem (a humility about things) that might be
a sign of being depressed. My Dr. said don't be alone with this for too long. So he suggested in an email that I call him in the case that humble feeling was part of a depression and so I did. He may be tweaking my meds soon.
For some reason I can get so caught up in the moment, I may not really perceive that I am depressed - I can get upset and stuff - I just don't put real words into expressing what's going on. I think though this call to him might be a good thing. He knows me now and I think he is a man of good intention.
Peace,
Mark

Life has been really hard this past year. I'm really feeling down and alone. I can't talk to my family about my depression and anxiety their not very understanding about it. It's really hitting me since my mother passed a few months ago, plus stress from having to eventually move. Also having my niece coming around who suffers bipolar and refuses to take medication for it. Its been...
I hope everything works out well for you.
But I've heard that many times, from 'expert' sources!!!
Sometimes it can 'just' be a physical pain!
How weird!!!
I'm glad your doctor is sharp and is on the ball with helping you out!!!!
I hope you're feeling much better soon!!!
(((((Hugs)))))
I kind of feel like I just need to 'figure it out' on my own - but hopefully it will be a good thing. He should be calling me back later tonight.
I feel a low self confidence but maybe the med change will help with that.
I so appreciate all of your input. I really don't like being alone with all this.
Peace,
Mark
