I was on Depakote for 9 years and had constant tummy trouble. Now I have some incontinence problems since on abilify and lamictal has any one else had tummy trouble because of their meds? and does anything help?

I hire a team of midgets to rub my belly at night, seems to work well for me.

Ginger capsules help a lot with lower GI trouble. Upper GI- go for the peppermint. Incontinence.. erm dunno that one.

Both Lamictal and Abilify can cause tummy problems,acid or sour stomach..Depakote can cause rectal and or urinary incontinance....that wasn't mentioned on any info I looked up on Lamictal or Abilify

depakote kills my stomach.. i have tried the ginger pills and they didnt help but i do drink diet ginger ale and that helps alittle,,but i do always have a stomach ache..

Fortunately for 13 years I have never had tummy problems.
