Trouble Again

Long story short, I'm having trouble getting my meds adjusted. I've been very depressed for several weeks, each day getting worse and worse. I finally shared it with the caregiver on duty tonight. Someone else will be coming in tomorrow, I hope I'm not too much for her to handle (she's new). I feel like a huge weight has been taken off my shoulders since I opened up to the care nurse. I could lie down in my room and cry and cry and nothing would ever get resolved that way. I would be agreeable with going into the hospital to get my meds adjusted but my sisters will be mad at me if I do and probably stop speaking to me. I don't care.Mornings have gotten so bad sometimes I wish I wouldn't wake up one more day.

So what if your sisters get mad at you? They get mad at you anyway.
What's important is whats best for YOU!!! Do what you need to do to keep yourself safe and healthy. We're all on your side you know!!!

Beat your sisters to the punch and stop talking to them first! Do what you need to do for yourself and I hope it all gets sorted out in a positive way.

Big hug for you sweetie... I'm so sorry you're feeling so lousy... I'm glad you spoke up to the staff.. If you need to go to the hospital I hope that you'll go...Your sisters should want for you what is in your best interest....xo

Update: I spent the night in the ER and was interviewed by a crisis worker who told me I didn't meet the criteria for hospitalization. I was (am) depressed but not suicidal. One of the reasons I was there so long was I didn't have a ride home and so I waited until transportation was arranged by the hospital staff. I would never call my sisters at a time like that. They don't understand me and never will. I need something for sleep but the PA is off today so I will wait for her to get in touch with me on Monday.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
