Hey so a little background on my life lately. My anxiety got out of hand, like puking all day for weeks bad.I went to the ER to get help, and day after day they told me to come back the next day and they would send me to a psychiatric hospital, then the last day i went in and they sent me home with a 'plan' to see my mental health worker in a week or two. So i went home and took a bottle of pills. Needless to say i didn't die, and i got sent to the ward.. while i was there, my roommate started smoking inside and got us evicted. So i was moved into my aunts. That was a month ago. I felt fine the first three weeks. good even...then i started to fastly slip into a depression...which is why i'm here. I need advice. I really am trying to get better, but my doctors don't want to change my meds.

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

In my own psychotherapy, I believe it is more important to practice with my psychotherapy tools while I am feeling good than when I am in crisis. When I am in crisis, I can barely remember my name, much less what's in my psychotherapy toolbox. When I am feeling good is when practicing the tools is most effective and it settles them far enough into my habits that I can remember them while I am slipping into psychosis.
Gentle support while you find what works for you, Caites. Hope healing happens here.
I hope you're able to see your doctor regularly..... Sometimes baby steps are good..... Tiny steps in the right direction......xo
I hope you can talk with your doctor about how you feel and also about your medicines.
I pray that you will get better soon. Keep us posted. Take care and God bless.
