treatment evaluation

My treatment evaluation is in an hour and a half. I dont wanna go bc I: feel like I'm messin up again. How do you tell someone that? I've been fluctuating a lot lately and its driving me nuts and I only started back on my meds last week. maybe its time for an adjustment. IDK im sick of all this crap. I'm sick of feeling damaged and pointless.

Just be honest with them. It takes four or more weeks for meds. to take there full effect, so it's early days to tell if they are working or not.

This sounds like a good time to share those feelings all that can happen is change and change happens anyway, maybe this time for the better =)

You need to be honest with them and let them know you've been off your meds. They need to know.

the way to give yourself a shot is to stick with taking your meds come what may.

it wasn't so bad , she said I'm having a mixed episode but to keep taking the meds and talk to my pdoc about it next friday to see if i need an adjustment. we decided to stick with therapy.
