Do you have an emergency number for your pdr? Maybe they can phone something in?

No I don't up north our treatment centers are the guidance center pdocs and you can't get a hold of them on the weekends......

Sleep is critical. My limit for bad sleeping is 9 days....... then it gets bad. IDK what your limit is or how bad you get. But I hate paying the ER bill.............

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm........... I guess it is a judgement call. I think I would have someone with me........at least................and know I could call 911 if it got really bad.

IDK...........what do you think? Should you be heading to the ER or not? Are you fit to drive? I wasn't ...................I was afraid I would nod off at the wheel or something(hallucinations) would jump out at me.

That's a hard question. I don't know how bad you are feeling, and you know you best. Personally, I would wait. Maybe have a friend over or something so you aren't alone.

you only have to wait a night but you had to ask us our thoughts so l'm guessing you really need the meds. l know that if l can stop a possible mood swing and lack of sleep is a trigger along as a sign that somethings coming l would take meds if l could.

You don't know until you go and yes its a pain waiting so long but this is to help keep you stable. Really only you know if you can wait it out, either way take good care of yourself.

I would say to go considering a post I remember seeing of yours recently... I remember having the feeling that you were cycling down pretty hard... I hate to ask, but are you feeling suicidal? If so, please go right away, call 911 if you must... please stay safe either way...

The thing I always ask myself is, "How am I gonna feel/handle it if they turn me away?" That's an important question, I think, to ask yourself, since there are days when it might be worth a try, and other days when I know that I can't handle being put through a bunch of crap, and I'll really blow up if they're unhelpful and frustrating.

Depends on how unraveled you feel....like you cant handle anything that comes your way, or goes wrong without having a nervous breakdown....if you are keeping it together, I'd wait and try to see if you can sleep on your own?????

judgement call.... ER may see only one day to get med from pdoc, if that is what you are saying about getting in touch with pdoc... they may or may not give med to you ... I know here they don't like you using the ER for anything not critical... but you know how you feel and how another night of no meds would result in..... do what makes you safe... ((hugs)) polar
