The pinky and ring finger on my left hand have been kinda numb and tingley like asleep for about 3 weeks now. I have great cholesterol and no Blood Pressure trouble and take asprin etc so I don't think it is my heart.

Has anyone had this side effect on their meds? I take abilify lamictal and valium.

any ideas???

I had that in my right hand for a while,same two fingers, I wonder if it could be Lamictal. I thought it could be because I use that hand for my mouse.

Maybe you are gripping it too hard, are you left handed?

Maybe you should go to your primary care doc and tell him about your symptoms. Something could be amiss. This link says tingling in hands especially the left one could mean you are having a heart attack.

I know that I get tingling on my chin and above my mouth when I don't take my meds - like when i run out and don't have the cash!

It could be blood circulating problems, does it get better after you shake your hand out a little?

Do you lean on your elbow when you're on the computer? I was doing this, and the arm was being bent way too much, and was causing Cubital Tunnel Syndrome (NOT carpal tunnel).

I have started to try to sit on my left hand when scrolling around so I don't lean on my elbow so much. It has really helped.

none of the current suggestions apply (I'm right handed) I did check w/ my GP and they said to come in for a check up so its off I go on monday

I had that going on but mine was actually from a neck injury. And I didn't even have pain in my neck....
