Sometimes when I see other ppl that have top of the line things
-clothes
- cell phones/ i pod
-jobs
-smarts
-hair
-body
I think god I wish I could hurt them so they could feel what I feel. Not having all that stuff and suffering with this illness. Sometimes I know they earn it and others are just plane lucky and those ppl I wish I could have what they had. I wish I could feel how they feel and they could feel like me.
I feel like an outcast sometimes when I see ppl like that. I have to shop at second hand/discount stores and I would like to have my hair done once ad while but I can't afford it. Or have that body others want, the ability go to school and be succesful with out my illness or learning disability getting in the way. I know that half of this is probably me stopping myself....but a lot of the time I believe its beyond my control. Some ppl got it and some ppl don't. I should just accept that and loose these thoughts
I cant always shake them, it makes me feel good wish they were hurt. I would never hurt them. its not like I picture how they would be hurt. It never goes as far as that. Just goes as far as wishing and hoping they could feel pain or not have what they have? How would they live without it. How would they survive?
When you have never had something better, you never really miss it. But when you have had it all and loose it, how do u manage to deal. That's what i think when I see ppl like that. Let them feel like shit for once or out of place, not in the lead with everyone else.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Well, not really. I really wish no one ill. I think you kind of hurt yourself when you wish that others hurt. And I wouldn't wish this illness on my worst enemy! It's just too horrible!!!!
I'll tell you what I DO like to do!!!! When I'm out in public and people are doing things I don't like, such as walking s-l-o-w-l-y down the middle of a store aisle and I'm behind them, I like to imagine smashing their skulls in with a heavy frying pan, LOL!!!!
The imagining helps me let go of my irritation. Is that what your wish that they were hurt achieves?
I'm not bothered by my thoughts of violence. I would never actually act out on them, even if I could get away with it.
I'm sorry that you are struggling financially. I wish you had all the toys that you want!!!!
Maybe you wish they were hurting merely because you want to feel understood and to not feel alone.
I hope that things get better for you!!! (((((Hugs)))))
but if they really knew him he has suffered tremendously as a child and as a result was schizophrenic
you can't judge a book by it's cover
I have no doubt there are others in here who can tell you worse stories.
I have the nice clothes, phone, car, smarts, good job - everything you hate about me - I have.
Just because I have these things, doesn't mean I don't hurt.
In fact, if giving you all the material things I have worked my ass off for makes my pain go away, by all means HAVE IT!!!
I'd be one of those people you would like to hurt.
I also had heartbreak in my life that put my bipolar into the shade.
I am more likely to be jealous of people that have talents that I wished I had, things like that :P
In your journal, write down the little happenings that occur when your value is shown. When you show a good ability-when you do something profound for someone else--when there is an affirmation--You will find your value in this.
I have frizzy auburn hair and I do things that are clumsy. Today, I don't have shoulder pads and I am slightly slovenly even though my clothes are pretty good. I almost wore my jacket inside out this morning. I deal with this type of thing every day. I was a Resource Room child and it continues today.
I am a para-professional. I have an IQ that is good enough to be a 1rst-3rd grade teacher. What happened? Well, I can't handle chaos or a classroom. Am I ashamed? No. I know that my job is one where my handicaps are minimalized and compensated for. I am a clerk, and I am one of the best that there is. You have to get to that place where you see yourself and your abilities in a positive light, not an ego charged "I'm better" but a quiet confidence.
Yes, I have these thoughts, too. Most idiots I know who show arrogance and stupidity always pay in ways that the Universe provides. I have seen few who don't have either the Universal karmic consequence or who don't have a blindness of spirit that invokes pity. I know two women who are arrogant. One is a rich older lady whose face looks like a mosaic. She wears nice clothes, but she has chicken legs. It is fine to have chicken legs, but it is not okay to treat others like you are Queen Elizabeth if you are 80 and have chicken legs--sorry. Then, there is another lady who is young and pretty. She treats me like I am sub-human. During Christmas, she will admonish and scold me and treat me like a child in our department. I ignore her. She's blind. Her counterparts, other rich aristocratic people in the department, treat me with noblesse oblige, but she does not. There is a silent battle between me and the lady. I am the daughter of intellectuals and my ego depends upon this shallow lie, but I have nothing else.
Therefore, the development of character, of becoming mindful and use of ones abilities, acheiving stability (which I am not yet entirely stable) and living ones life in happiness is the best revenge for those who think that folks with mental illness can't do squat.
I have a saying: "Every day that I live is an act of rebellion." I feel that there are normals out there who rather feel that I should not exist. Of course, you see with me, I have a lot of anger. Until I forgive FORGIVE, I give the idiots power.
I am working on it.

If you saw me on the street, you would resent my (real) Coach purse, my professionally done hair, and maybe other things. But you don't know that I get my hair done because there's too much nerve damage in my hands to do it myself. My Coach bag was SOOO on sale from an outlet store that I have friends whose Target bags cost more.
And if you had a five-minute window into the emotional wreckage of my life, you would recognize me as an equal. I don't believe you would wish me more pain.
