The movie that defined a generation. I am so old I will admit I saw it when it came out and dozens of times since. But has there ever been a more insightful movie about a generation. I had to watch it again tonight and still want to hear the rest of the joke he was telling in the ceiling.

Yeah, I even like 16 candles! There was a cool piece in NYTimes styles recently..they photographed all these people on the streets who took their fashion inspiration from John Hughes movies...it was hilarious :)
