For all of you who prayed and prayed for me to get better sleep when I was up at all the odd hours of the night helping people. It has helped. You guys, God did an awesome job! Except I still can't seem to sleep in my bed. I still have really bad halucinations at night. But, other than that I have been getting offline and getting the sleep that I needed. God and all the members of DS have helped in mysterious ways, and I just came online to say how happy I am for all of you as friends.

Yes I agree, we all stick together and pull for each other here. I'm glad you are getting some rest, even if it's not in your own bed. I have slept on the couch many times. Now I am finally sleeping safely in my bed.

What sleep meds have you taken, or are taking?

I take no sleep meds currently. I take 50 mg trazadone for my depresssion and 80 mg geodon.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
