Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

the problem with that is that i act on this and that i feel is the bi polar inside my head---it drives me crazy that my brain is not normal somewhat---
tim, u know how many times i've been committed to the VA hospital--and all because of symptons caused by BP.
I take my meds daily, i am trying to get a degree so i can better myself, i am trying to love myself sometimes, but i have to say for me: BEING BI POLAR SUCKS THE BIGGEST ASS EVER!

Now I try to be proactive with it. It gets hard without insurance. We have to go without extras like gas and movies but we're doing ok.
If I feel myself slipping I'm the first one to blab...lol
