Hi--sorry if this question has been asked to death. yesterday I convinced psychiat, to move me back to Lex and off of prist (latter was perhaps contributing to my instability despite my lamictal)....but i forgot to ask him how to transition. True to my nature, i don't want to bug him on the weekend. I don't do well with SNRI w/drl, so wondering how to transition. I think I recalled his saying (when i transitioned to prist) that they could both be taken simultaneously? pristiq isn't meant to be cut. Since I am/was on 40 mg lex, I just too 20mg along with my 50mg of pristiq this am. i hope that's OK, but don't know how long to do this or whether I shouldn't in the first place.

BTW, he also wrote rx for ritalin (initially switched me to pristiq for my attentional difficulties in the first place) so any feedback on that drug in this cocktail would be helpful. I acquiesced because it is "as needed." sick to death of the daily meds. But I'm wary....sorry; my mind is all over the place...
