Last night I stayed in bed scrunched up wishing for a bottle of pills to swallow. I told my t I was having the thoughts but not about how bad they get. I ended up taking an extra dose of Ativan to calm down and pass out. That's all. It's easier to talk to you all here. I know I should talk to someone but I talk to you all. Do you think going back to outpatient hospitalization would help me?

Dunno about the hospital, but I don't believe on-line interaction is enough by itself.
There have been a lot of bumps in your road of late pushing you out of stability and into fragility. IOP is a helpful tool for finding your way out of a corner with not enough support.
IOP gets you into a routine, teaches you some helpful tools, and I think helps you to face this illness with a little more resilience. Why would it be a bad idea in your opinion?
You really need to talk to your Therapist about the severity of your thoughts and what is the best way to help you get better. She can't help you unless your honest with her....if you're not being honest with her, you're wasting both of your time. Your relationship with your Therapist is not one that you should be scared of or worried over, if that's the only relationship you can get to, then your Therapist is not being effective in your treatment.
