feel better sleep is ussually the best for you when you are sick that and lots of fluid. Feel better soon.

hubby told me I could go and after
I felt like crap again I regretted cancelling
my appointment so I am just gonna call
tomorrow and make a new one.

Be careful in taking anything over the counter. Read the dosing instructions and make sure the medicine won't interfere with your meds. Some over the counter medications can affect us negatively when we're taking antidepressants, etc. Good luck and hope you feel better soon!

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
