I think getting out to see live music is a good therapy in and of itself....I've had bouts of agoraphobia in my life and it's helped me in the past.

Clip, clop... following the horses
I got enough time after doing some therapy to listen to it Jan, it was great. I think its a different song with different lyrics than the stones... they just share horses imagery and a title. I have a young friend in mind who likes to run fast and likes horses I am going to share that one with. Here is a horsey song that used to lullaby my son when he was a small baby...
