I'm out of bed and awake too. Today I have to get my step-daughters birthday card in the mail. No drama here.

It's a dreary day here, too. Rainy all day. I'm trying to calm the nerves. Not sure and can't put my finger on why I'm so nervous. Working today and then heading to the gym afterwards to do some walking. Then I'll just go home, shower and watch tv till bedtime...which has been super early for me these days. I'm just bored.

NO drama sounds perfect Tommy!!! Great way to start things out, well great to keep it that way too! LOL

I am at work, wishing I was at home. So, I'm not doing anything productive LOL My arm hurts really badly and I didn't sleep very well last night. I went to bed around 1100 and then woke up at about 330. Then I couldn't get back to sleep. So, I'm tired and in pain. Add to that the fact that I don't think my bipolar meds are right and you have one unhappy person. But I guess I'll manage to get through the day. I really have no choice but to do that anyway. I hope everyone else is doing better than I am.

I've been up since 345. I already walked to the store to get 3 bunches of bananas. Now I'm twiddling my thumbs. I'm getting ready to call my brother to wish him a happy birthday. Then in a couple hours there's lunch and Netflix. Tomorrow it's back to work at 7am so I have to be up at 315.

No drama here either :) .

Finished lecture here (in UK) so im wasting time on here when i should be doing an assignment. But ill get there. Dragging my ass out of bed this morning sucked. And its calling me back already. I can hear naptime in my immediate future :)

just anther long work day not that i mind keeps me thinking about postive things and not thinking about my promblems its a good thing but i also not dealing with it but what could be better then being postive

I'm going to see my psychiatrist. Yippie! She is great but that is a 3hr round trip.

The doctors in my small town are crap so I have to travel that far to get a good pschiatrist and therapist.

I spent a good part of my day making calls to do with a college course I want to start and enquiring about possible funding. In the end I booked a place to start in January doing evening classes in Clinical Aromatherapy. I was lucky as there were only 2 places left! Unfortunately, I have to foot the bill myself but I'm looking forward to exercising my brain again. New Year, new start...that's the plan at least : )

Sunny and cold here today in MN. Plan to go to Walmart and do some grocery shopping. Hate to go to Walmart with the crowds and alll, but their groceries are the cheapest. Going to the gym later this afternoon.

Supposed to be working, but feel like crap so I'm not doing much actual work. Thank goodness I can work from home on days like today.

Going to see about getting into an outpatient program, then going to a support group, in the evening. Please wish me luck about the outpatient program. I really need to get itn.

Its cold andn it snowed - pissed one dog off the other has fur and doesnt mind it. Pissed off dog is acting like a fool lol pup sent himself to his kennel when he had accident, evil cat is ssnoozing and I am attempting to catch up on back log of work

Sometime today I have to brave the elements and haul the destroyed bed outside tho unsure what to do with it once its there and clorox down the back porch for the new arrival on Saturday
