Finished my shopping. I got five kids outfitted with cowboy boots and cowboy hats to match. Ages 8, 6, 6, 4, and 2. Soooo cute. Each set matches each kids' personality.
Did you guys know, they make toasters that sell for nearly $300. WTF?? I'm talking about a plain old toaster that you stick bread in and it pops out when it's done. The kind you can get for $10 at the Dollar Store. Live and learn.
and try to get things in the house organized a bit in anticipation of my flight to Michigan for 3 weeks.
later, I will venture out for my Lotto ticket for Weds night and then some TV and maybe some internet and bed.

I plan on learning a song Lady Gaga wrote as a teenager and never recorded called "Hollywood" If I can manage to record myself playing it on guitar and singing, I'm hoping it might get noticed. She sometimes publicizes fan videos she really likes, and if she were to notice me... it might help me bring in some guitar students or something. Plus it's just a really kick-ass song.
