Otherwise you are doomed to failure. I know, I failed many times before I finally got with a program. I also figured out some of my triggers - which seem to be popping up a bit much lately. I am going back on meds when I have to take massive doses of prednisone for my new RA drug. It is a known side effect. That took me over 10 years to figure out.
So go back on your meds, and figure out a better way to approach this issue, before you have no choice in the matter.
Dont beat yourself up re lazy perhaps you just havent been up to doing all you would like to.. I think our bodies let us know what we need.. perhaps you have needed more rest..x
