well, haven't posted for a long time. need to write tonight. most of you won't know me, been around since 2007. been on meds for about 8yrs. long story short, got well enough to try a medication vacation last sept.
took last med end of dec. many many trials, ups, downs, sideways, you name it, it happened, but I managed to get through it and until a few days ago was doing pretty good.
it has been a challenge every day, one day at a time, but now the challenge has taken a new twist and here I am, stuck inside myself again and can't get out. I see my pdoc next week, hoping to feel better by then, if not, well, on to the game plan and back on meds. we'll see?
Anyway this sucks, hate the life sucking vacum that this disease is, so tired of living with bp....sigh I am thankful for the break I've had and am prepared to go back on meds, but it just sucks you know...blahh

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
