What channel/network is True Blood on?? I watched and liked it in the early episodes but haven't watched for a while. I have never read the books.

I liked the Twilight series both, books and movies.

Touch and The Good Wife are my favorite TV shows right now.

hehe...i don't own a tv, so tv talk is way beyond me. i do find most cinematic interpretations, especially in the television medium, of books to be incredibly lacking and hollow.

I like reading stories or reading in general better than most TV shows. You are right the movies almost never live up to the book.

What type of books do you read? I like romance, fiction, suspense and biographies.

I'm so out of the loop with what is going on, don't find much on the TV worth watching these days.

I have been watching some of the olympics here and there but that is about it for me.

It comes on HBO But I Down load it.

I tried to read the first book but it wasn't holding my attention. The first episode wasn't very good IMO either.

I didn't care for season 4 but I think 5 is getting better.

I didn't care for twilight but once again my sister read the books. I'm reading the hunger games now. I'm thinking about 50 shades of grey for the future.

Oh I just have the basic cable package...no HBO or anything.

I thought of the Fifty shades books too. I have so many books waiting to be read, that I won't be getting anything new for a while.

I get my books at a used bookstore that takes the books back for 1/2 what you paid for them or I get them on my Kindle Fire.

I just started reading the books and I llike them both, I watched it before I read it though, the book got some unique events and so does the show. I like the show's sookie better. The book sookie is too rounded for me. I like the edgy, tell it how it is. I'm not scare of anything sookie. Bills a joke is both of them. Now Eric, He is .... Sigh.

I still buy my books paper back no fancy kindle or nook. They do look cool though.

A kindle would take up less room that all the books on my book shelves.

I kind of like the feel of a book though. I can't imagine if the day comes when paper books are no more.

My mom told me when the go to totally using debit cards and get rid of paper money, move out of the country!!! lol

I read about 75% or more of my books in paperback. It is much cheaper. The kindle was a gift from my sister, I do like reading on it because I can read in the dark.

Will got a nook and really likes it...it is cool that you can read in the dark without eye strain I bet!! :-)

He prefer the nook over books because they don't take up room that we really don't have. I like having books personally but I craft alot and like to look at the pics over and over and over too. Goofy I know!
