My sister reads the books and she says the TV series is nothing like the books and she doesn't like it.
I have only watched the TV series and I like it even if it does seem like they throw in the kitchen sink.

But I watch it on Amazon View, on TV...so since HBO delays the next seasons release to Amazon TV, I am always a year behind...so...NO giving away story line !

Yes I saw heretic. I usually download it the next day.
My sister is what got me started on true blood other wise I would not have known about it. Same with Dexter a cousin got me watching it.
Other wise I do not pay for cable and I don't watch much TV. I hate daytime TV and Sitcoms.
I got a nook for Christmas and was sure I was going to hate it since I adore books, in fact most of my home is dedicated to book storage. However, I LOVE it! I especially love that if you finish one book and have nothing to read and it's seven am on a Sunday, you can just download another.
