That is so great that you're starting to sleep again. My medical marijuana helps me sleep, but I am slowly reducing it. I went from 2.3 mL of 18% THC oil to 2.2 mL a few days ago. It takes me longer to fall asleep and I wake up one hour earlier than usual. My husband and I are early to bed and early to rise. We usually get up around 5 AM. I usually wake up at 4 AM and often cannot fall back to sleep. But since the reduction in medical marijuana, I now wake up at 3 AM and cannot fall back to sleep. I feel quite awake. Such a small decrease, but it affected me. When I went off cold turkey in 2014 to go to Hawaii, I had complete insomnia for a long time. I will go slowly because some also slowly going off to other medications. I alternate. Best wishes for future sleep, Irish writer…

I was just in the Orbit research study from the University of Swinburne, and they tried to really drive home the need for 8 to 8-1/2 hours of sleep a night, no more and no less. I’m not 100% there, but I’m trying. Too little sleep can be caused by and also encourage hypomania, and too much is related to depression. So in their view, too little or too much should be a warning sign that you might need to make some temporary adjustments.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
