Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

They worked really well, and they are timed release so you stay sleeping until morning. I not only had problems getting to sleep but staying asleep and these worked like a charm! =)
good luckers!
I've been using Melatonin lately which is a OTC suppliment. That has helped. I also started smoking weed again at about the same time and that hasn't hurt when it comes to falling asleep.
I'll keep telling myself it's the melatonin.
I don't think I've ever heard of it (not even by its other names.)
I don't know what's significant about June 14th, but I hope it goes the way you want!!!! (((((Hugs)))))

I'm one of the ones who do stuff in their sleep without realizing it when they're on that stuff!!!!
It was such a trip getting up in the morning and seeing what havoc I had wreaked!!!!!
I couldn't stay on it though because it also wiped out my memory during the day out. It was embarrassing at first but started to effect my relationships when people said, "You said yesterday ..." And I had no recollection of even having a conversation about whatever it was I had an opinion on the day before. : )
Just thought I would give you my 2 cents on the subject.
Right now I use benadryl to help get me to fall asleep and keep me there for a while. I've tried trazadone and that just have me horrible nightmares. Hope it works for ya and you get some sleep!
