Hey guys. I was watching a movie.........The Notebook..........tonight at a friend's house. Had to leave part ways through, but that's another story. I was left so saddened by just the events that I did see that it made my heart hurt. I mean hurt with such sadness. Are any of you like that? Do "normal" people feel as deeply as we do? I would hate to think of anybody hurting like I hurt from a simple tv program or movie sometimes. SIGH. Just one more reason to thank God that I am bipolar. ;(

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Well, good morning to you!Today is National Roller Coaster Day. Are any of you going? It's also National Tell-A-Joke Day! Come up with some and share!I'm not bright with jokes these days, but I'll start:"Today I ordered a chicken and an egg from Amazon...I'll let you know." :D

:hugs: Hope you feel better.
I'm the same way with movies - and I LOVE movies. I watched a movie called Into The Wild (based off the book by the same name) and I cried for days afterward. Not only did I cry for days, I had to watch the movie again, the next day. It touched me in ways I could never explain.
I cry over Everything. And my perspective even changes for a little bit, until I get "away" from the movie or something for awhile. I have even thrown books across the room when something doesn't "work out" and I am expecting it to. Or a "loved" character makes an insensitive remark, etc.
That's why I've never liked to just "go to the movies" with a bunch of other people - or even one other person who may not understand :)
I do however cry at a drop! I really like comedies! Put animation on it and I will try and watch that. I love the muppetts!!!! and Peanuts!!!!!
Hope that you find something that you can watch.

i did watch all of it, and i cried.
I guess sometimes when we're lost in our own lives, seeing other people's lives through movies affect us more than the average person.
I have the same reactions to movies and television programs but even more so to books.
Chelle, if the world were full of more people with your heart, the quality of our lives would be much improved.
