I emplore any one with BP to utilize all the aspects of this site. Click the recommendations and look through them. read through the advice area.. read different Treatments.. check out BP news.. This site has a lot of resources that I think we may unused..

I have found an easier place to keep track of my moods and my journals so that I can actually print them.

I do check the advise people and only add imput if I feel I am able to say something worthwhile.

Hey, you know what I found out at my appointment the other day? There is a Bipolar magazine called bphope and they have a website.... I think it is www.bphope.ca
