I keep having crazy thoughts of doing things I know I shouldn't do - yet when I'm thinking these thoughts they seem like a good idea.
Then a few minutes later I become rational and realize how crazy my idea was, and am thankful I didn't actually do it.
This is happening over and over several times an hour. I worry that I might do something I'll regret during one of my periods of thinking it's all a good idea. The thought scares me.
I think I might need a med change, got an appt in a week and most likely will get a change, then I'll have to go through adjusting to the new med but at least it will be better than this. I just have to keep letting my rational side win out for one more week....
