I laughed when they called me to tell me I'm up to bat. I had a breathalyzer and the pee test. I read the statement and told them I would go ahead and bring in my prescriptions the next day since I would test positive for benzos and pain meds. They were cracking up the next day when I brought in my gallon zip lock bag with my meds.

I bought fake piss.
I use MJ for pain and PTSD. it works better than any prescription drug I have tried yet. Works for some, not for others.
MJ stays in your system for about 45 days or more if you use often. I don't use when working and would not endanger those in my care.

and um. . i got to do benzos for a while, but they were prescribed.
other than that i think everything else i've ever done should probably be out of my system. but i never went too far in the drugs direction but for the herb or sometimes hash, that'll get you every time without an rx though, of course.
never really did hardcore drugs, the worst was probably cocaine, and never got heavy into it. never any needles or incredibly addictive synthetics like meth. no way.
did do molly/MDMA, roofies, shrooms, salvia but i think those were all too long ago to show up.

i'm all for personal freedoms, . . . if you are outwardly showing that you cannot perform a task, then that is a reasonable time for whatever is going on to be addressed.
i can understand drug testing for the workers who care for other's in a way where there are lives on the line.
otherwise, get out of our damn business !
