I think all of us have considered suicide at one point or another. I don't know if anyone has ever read the book or seen the movie 13 Reasons Why. It's basically about this teenage girl who commits suicide but before she did she made tapes detailing the reasons for her 'decision' and mailed it to the people who drove her to it. Have you ever made that kind of elaborate plans? Written one of those 'if you're reading this I'm dead' letters? Given your password to someone so they can notify the DS family? Whenever members aren't active for a while I get a little worried and start wondering how we'll know if something really tragic happened. An accident or worse. I'm a bit of a worrier and I tend to over think things but has anyone else ever thought along this line? Not to be morbid or anything...

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

I've kept quiet about the people that have been lost.
I've certainly had the feelings... I'm on the depressive side however I took suicide as an option off of the table a few years ago... I still have the feelings at times and if it gets to strong or goes on for too long I get to the doctor... I recognize that it's part of an illness and it destroys the lives of others so I fight it and there have been times that I have to fight it everyday for a while
I think people always try to rationalize that the deceased person's situation wasn't that bad in order to reassure themselves that they could never commit suicide.
Sorry. NIH on causes of suicide.
There is nothing I want anyone to know.
When I go it will not leave a ripple in time.
That sometimes help and I realize what's he's trying to say but sometimes I don't think of those things but it will kinda make me think.
