I rapid cycle or so i had been told. i really didn't see it until 2 weeks ago my pdoc made me start graphing my moods in the morn and aft and for the day. then i looked at my journal smileys. when depressed red and lots of missing days when happy lots of green.

i wonder if knowing my trend can help me stay out of my downs?

Mabe if you can find a switch to flick when you fell a mood change comming on!!!

Good idea to graph your moods however mine don't work on an egg timer!!

i tried to do that for a while, got too complicated when i missed days...but like u said i guess that did just mean i was depressed....but could maybe be manic and not wanting to sit at the computer.....
