it is an organic herb like lavender etc forgot it this morning and noticed a change of the tremor used according tom the directions i take twice a day it comes in tea i think i am seeing a change for the better not as shaky will see as time progress i do not have anxiety so cannot say about that i have to watch my moodswings carefully for any change

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
