I experienced this a few years ago and it seems to be back now. I am a high school band director. I work at a high school that has a significant amount of discipline and behavioral problems. But my kids are some of the best in the school. I don't have discipline problems in my band. I like my job and don't have any problems with it (except when I'm in a depression cycle.)
But I'm feeling good now and every morning for the past few mornings while I'm on my way to work, my heart rate goes up and I start to feel a little bit of panic. Not a full blown attack or anything, but definitely an annoyance.
I just got off a really bad depression cycle, but I'm okay now. Does anyone have any explaination for why this is happening to me each morning? Once I get to work, I'm fine.

Could the lexapro be triggering it? Im not sure of the side effects but you could ask your pharmacist.
There are meds you can take under the tongue (sublingual) that works very quickly in minutes to calm you if panic is a problem
I hope the day gets better
