Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

It's that time again some of you know I've organised another night in the pub with a band that were well known in europe in the underground scene in the 90ies

I'm really excited but also anxious
I think this might be the last one i do
as I feel too introvert and unsure all the time
not myself recently, I had more confidence before
I don't know what is going on with me
let me know what you think of the music if you would, I don't expect it's every ones taste
thanks for reading and listening :-)

::::smile:::: I think you said last time that it would probably be your last. I think we always feel that way about things that we do because of our propensity for anxiety.......
I hope your night tonight comes off amazing and you have a full house!!!!! It will be "AWESOME" I am sure!
