We have a beautiful Black Widow setting up housekeeping just out side our front door in the upper right hand corner of the doorway.
I really don't want to kill her, I much rather relocate her, but she has and egg sack and we really can't afford to have a bunch of baby Widows running around trying to sneak into the house.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to trap and capture this incredible creature for relocation?

i relocate momma widows and egg sacks all the time... been doing it all my life ... love for life is always the alternative ... its not hard ... get a stick
a long one take the egg sack and move it gently somewhere where there is good shade and cover... think about it first... most the time you can take momma too on the first run... she will stick with her eggs most of the time... dont take her first she will get lost... the sack will cling to the stick no problem
