And I have every type of tea going lol plus hot chocolate if l really have a craving for coffee l drink de-caffeinated instant only never the de-caffeinated bean the caffeine content is still too high.
i seem to do all the bad thing for beepers: not enough sleep, caffiene and nicotine. one step at a time, sweet jesus....sorry broke out in song. anywho, i will continue to be a work in progress.

I had a two hour nap yesterday then stayed up til 4am and got up at 730 pretty well rested. I think that was due to dome stress I slept funny I am going to get some good rest tonight so I am ready for Sunday and follow through to my long work day Monday.
I work 13 hours straight on the computer from home Monday's and have a hard time without my usual nappy time. But I gotta make the Dough...(nuts).
Good thing about the new job is I have cut down on the smokes about 50% and now even most of them burn up in the ash tray, who knows maybe that will come next.

I quite coffee for one month and then finally said, 'screw it' and went back on it!! I was so dragged out.
It was after that that I somewhere heard or read that it can take 5 weeks to get over the withdrawal symptoms!! Just think!!! If I had just stuck it out for another week, I might have been okay!! LOLOL!!!

BTW, I can't quit it myself, still use Equal in my coffee. (sigh)
It is interesting to note that for coffee to be classified as decaf, it only has to be %97 caffeine free. All decaf coffees still have some caffeine in them. Tea is decaffeinated by boiling it in water for ten seconds and pouring it off, still leaving some caffeine in the tea also. In soda, the caffeine is added so it is legitimately called caffeine free or uncaffeinated with no residual.
We get carffeine in chocolates too, especially dark chocolate. So if you are cleaning house of caffeine, it is good to look in all those areas.
