On the Couch

I'm here. I know it's been a while since I posted. I've literally layed on the couch non-stop for the past month or so. No energy, no motivation. Neglecting all the things I should be doing. Needless to say my anti-depressant isn't working all too well right now.

I've tried to set one single goal for each day, but unless I'm forced it doesn't happen. I think I could just use a little support.

i support you hanna...i take it your were able to get into see a pdoc? what chances do you think you have of getting them to up it? is it an SSRI or and SNRI?

Hanna,our society has become so GOAL oriented,just "BEING THERE" hardly counts anymore...you are there for your kids,that's the most important thing.

it's an SSRI. I don't get in to see him for another 3 weeks, but hopefully this time he'll up it. And thank you for your support!

i;ve always called it "getting stuck on the couch", hey, its better then being stuck in bed. hope you feel better soon and don't be hard on yourself

oh hannah im sorry you are struggling so hard right now....if you can rememeber its just a temporary thing (even when it feels like forever) and that one day here soon you will be able to get up off that couch and get everything done! ! ! dont be hard on yourself right now...give your self space just to be.
