Been making cards all day by that I mean from 3am to now almost 9pm
P is worse I will be up till at
The de12 or 1am then wake at 3again this is my new schedule
AmWith so little sleep I should be tried but of course that isn't the way it is
About it's the crippling mania when I go so hard it is hard for me to remember that I am bipolar now it's becoming a way of life rapid very rapid moodswings the depression is not what I am worried
So all I can say is oh lord not again

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
