I need one. I don't do the home weight watchers program because I can't afford to right now.
However I want to start tracking my meals as point value as well and be responsible for what I eat.
Some of the meals I buy at the store come with a pre set point value so I figured I better start tracking.
I am going to be thirty in 5 months and I currently weigh 197 and I go to an exercise class once a week when I don't get uncomfortable from going I am going to up it to two days a week.
Hubby stopped working out on the treadmill with me because he hurt his back and had emergency eye surgery so I lost a workout partner.
Anyhow.....if anyone can point me in the right direction and help me find out how many daily points I should be consuming I would appreciate it.
Thanks

Thanks.....I am a member of the beeper weight loss club. If Harriet was around she would probably be my WW buddy but I can't seem to find her lately.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
