I have never done one in the past, and was wondering. Do you let the girls stay up as late as they want-or would I be just in setting a bed time like around 10 or 11 pm? My daughter is having a 100 dollar birthday party for her birthday with a cake and friends its a Gymboree Jumping sllider at the TMCA. And after that she's getting two people staying over.
A month before her birthday so more people from school can be invited.
Because my daughter's birthday is in June.
And she's getting an easy bake oven for her birthday and a pillow pet.
The step daughter is getting a slumber party at her grandma's house with ten girls and a party that her mother is throwing On sunday and the slumber party continues to our house with two friends spending the night
and her birthday present is a wii so she can have a console system at her mother's house.
Which to me seems unfair. She's having two parties and geting way more money and gifts or whatever.
I want to even the score and let my daughter have a slumber party on her birthday with four friends over because we don't have room enough or enough money to feed mouths to feed. I don't think I could handle letting them stay up all night staying awake. The hubby would be mad at me if I did let them party till they passed out.
So what do you suggest?

If the work issues were not enough, I have so many health issues. It looks like I may have a heart problem. I'm scheduled to go in the operating room at the end of the month to determine once and for all if I have what is called a PFO-a small hole in the heart that you are born with that causes blood clots to pass through the left and right atria, and go up to the brain. They think this is what...

I was never restricted although told to tone it down... lights were out I think around 11 or 12 but we were awake a few hours later.. I think I had my first one when I was around 11 years old... hope they have a blast..x
They are only kids once and now a days that seems to be a shorter time than ever.
I have one boy, and when his friends spend the night, I let them stay up until midnight, then let them go to bed watching a movie, but like someone else said, lights are out at midnight at the latest.
I find that it's easier when he has friends over. They occupy one another's time. Usually, my son is much more clingy and in need of entertainment if he's by himself. I like it when he's hanging with his friends.
They can stay up as long as they want too otherwise it would have been at a different home. Let them work their own problems out unless it really gets out of hand.
Know all medical conditions before they start if there is anything important.
