Yesterday I was in class in a tshirt and was freezing my ass off as they had the AC on in the room. Now I am paying for not dressing warm enough. Runny stuffy nose so stuffy I can barely drink. Puked up some of my v8 splash because I couldn't breathe. What drugs work for cold? Should I up my vitamin c intake. Does Ecinachea interact with geodon, zoloft or Vistaril? Feel like shit. Am anxious and fear everything right now and to top matters worse I feel cold and hot spells all over my body am drowsy from sickness but not tired enough to sleep it off.
Was supposed to exercise today but I feel like shit warmed over.
Any ideas on getting me better.
Tea and soup seems to help some.
Guess I won't be making a spark recipe today!

You just have to ride thses things out unfortunately...I hate colds they can be so miserable. Drink lots of fluids (tea and soup are a good idea). I also find a humidifier in the room works well for sinus trouble. I don't take extra drugs to feel better like you are asking about so I don't know...maybe contact your pharmacy to find out. Gargaling helps with the throat. I also snort salted water up my nose to clear it...kind of gross and can be a bit uncomfortable but it feels very good after.

Hope you start to feel better colds take a lot out of you. I am fighting one too. Take garlic pills, the kinds out now won't make you smell they help fight off infections and will be a big preventer. i stoppped taking mine a while ago and now am sick,,,yuck!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
