I have been told that I am bi polar... I have so many mood swings, one minute I'm happy the next I'm crying.. I can't control my emotions. Tonight I feel so depressed and suicidal. I have no one to talk to.. I feel alone

The main thing to understand is that you're not alone at all. Many people, some of whom are BP, experience the rapid cycling and survive it too!

Lois, are you bipolar? If so I'd have thought you would understand that actually we don't control our thoughts, moods and emotions.

For everyone these are controlled by a set of evolutionary instructions and under the control of our brain chemistry.

For those of us with bipolar that brain chemistry is out of whack which in turn causes shifts in moods and even creates outlandish thoughts and beliefs - all down to odd chemicals. You can reproduce similar effects with drugs, dehydration, high temperatures (fever), low temperatures (hypothermia) and sleep deprivation so I guess it proves how little control we actually have over our thoughts.

please don't continue with your anti-med propaganda unless you potentially want someone's death on your conscience.

I see you are trying to find more victims for your religious organisation adn therefore you are reported.
