Good morning all, Im having a really rough morning with my anxiety. /My boss has been out the last two days so she wasnt here to breath down my neck all the time and freak me out. She will be back today and I am so scared of what she will ask me to do or what I will do wrong. I can hardly breath. I feel like she has it out for me. Please send me positive vibes because I really need them.
On a good note today is my 4 year wedding anniversary! I hope I can get to a point today where I can get passed this anxiety and enjoy my special day. Thanx guys.

Ugh to anxiety!!! I have GAD and I sure do hate it!!!
I hope you find helpful ways to deal with it, especially as concerns your boss!!
It's hard to have to deal with an unpleasant boss!!!
I hope you’ve had a good few days- anxiety inducing bosses are the worst. Hope you get some rest.
I know how hard it is to feel work anxiety spent most of my life in that particular hamster wheel...you have my empathy.
What helped me in the moment was paying attention to my breathing. Those mystics knew what they were talking about. Deep breaths do calm one in the heat of battle!
For me I have found that dealing with anxiety is a full time job. We have to work on exercises every day...and that is a drag! But taming the anxiety monster is a worthwhile endeavor. You get to research and design your own program...
