I may be going to the hospital soon. I am scared, even though I have already been, about 3 and a half years ago. I am going through a hard transition, I am struggling so much with loneliness, anger, what I can't control-feeling like I have no purpose. I would love some encouraging messages under here. I love you all.

If the hospital is where you need to be to keep yourself safe, it really isn't all that bad. I was hospitalized for the first time this last summer and then two more times at different facilities. I think the hardest times in hospital are on the weekends when the schedule is different than during the week. You'll get through this. We are all behind you. This could just be the thing to turn your life around. It just sucks right now.

I will pray for you. I hope that you get a lot of help at the hospital, if you go. One thing I like about the hospital is the nice people I meet.

You will heal and feel better don't let the fear get in the way of some much needed help and that is all hospital time is short term stay while you heal you'll be home soon and all this anxiety forgotten. Don't be afraid you will be just fine and it will go past faster than you think be at peace with this hun it is so you can have a better life x

JasimineRenee You're in my prayers. I know some bipolar friends who were hospitalized and their time there was well spent. They received the help they needed and were treated well by drs, nurses and the entire staff as well. Best wishes to you.

Great big hug of comfort and support for you.. Hospital stays can make a world of difference so much quicker then trying to do it at home..

WOW! Thank you everyone :) I am feeling quite a bit better right now, but I think a call to my pdoc tonight would be in order just to check in. I am so touched by all the sweet encouragement and good advice, it means a lot. :) Love and hugs. I would love to be be new DS friends with any of you.

You are in my prayers, sometimes hospitals are the best place for us to re-center ourselves and start walking with purpose again. Whether you spend time in the hospital or not i hope you learn that you are not alone and you are loved.

Jas I understand your fears. The hospital can give you time, and tools to help get you past this tough time. They may change your meds to help you. You've got a good idea about calling your pdoc...
We are here for you. Prayers have been offered up for this to be a good experience at times when ive gone in, I wondered why I didn't go sooner. Healing can happen and there is hope...
Taking care of(((you))) is priority...
