My secret Sadness

Here it is again. Another holiday where I feel depressed, but can say nothing to anyone. My wife and I have a new baby and I promised I would try to be happy during the holidays. But of course, I can't control it. 


I've been sick and that didn't help. Now I come to DS to get it out and just say that yes, I am blue. Wishes that I were not alive have crept into my mind. No, I'm not all the way there. Just fleeting thoughts.

Sorry you are feeling so down. Do you do anything like going to pdoc for a med tweak or see a therapist? Sometimes we need to seek out treatment for ourselves. It's hard for your wife to understand BP because she doesn't have it.

Big hug jfulk….. I'm sorry that you're struggling..... Is there less light now where you are??

If so a SAD lamp might help..... The holidays can be hard on people...… I hope that you feel better soon and I hope that you'll call your doc if you need to.....xo

You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol.     Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.
