I literally have no control of my anger or madness when my bipolar is at its low... And then I don't know what I'm saying and I ruin relationships and friendships and then after I don't remember what I said and I get confused and then I cry myself to sleep because I feel so bad but I couldn't help it

Life has been really hard this past year. I'm really feeling down and alone. I can't talk to my family about my depression and anxiety their not very understanding about it. Mine happens more in hypo or manic. But, remember, it's part of bipolar. Sometimes you can't help it and friends that know you're a beeper need to also be educated on what is symptom and intended
Another been there. Recently. Sucks like an industrial vacuum. Fear of the fact causes me to isolate way beyond what good emotional health allows.
Learning how to make amends helps me more than anything else I have tried. Even meds don't seem to have the power to curb this gnasty problem. I've been studying how to make amends for a long time, but . . . Still studying. . . It is a HUGE study, but when I can pull it off, it sure feels better than beating myself up for a condition that is beyond my control.
But that is me. . .
