Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

One thing I haven't been able to do is when I've been hurt deeply is to let it go over time. It's not like I haven't tried. I would love to get over these things but instead I want to find these people who hurt me and tear their eyes out. Of coarse I would never do anything like that. I would like to tell them what I think of them but this wouldn't accomplish anything good. I'm talking about people who bullied me in high school, a co-worker who lied about me and cost me my job, etc.
How does a person forgive? I never really understood how that works entirely. How do you get ove these things?
Thank you for any help you can give me.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Forgiveness is for you to heal.... That's the purpose of it.... Once you are able to forgive these people no longer have any power over you... Take your power back..... Big hug and a blessing....xo
But that is me. . .
Hope you find what works for you, Zoe.
